The NRSA-PR-004 is a serialized promo card from Kayou's English-language Naruto trading card game, part of the "Smriti Collectible Cards" line. It comes from Series 2, tied to the "Jin Chapter" release (sometimes listed as "NRSA02"), and functions as a box topper — a special insert card packed on top of the box rather than found in individual booster packs.
The card depicts Naruto Uzumaki in his Six Paths Sage Mode, the powerful chakra form he gains after receiving Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki's power near the end of the Fourth Shinobi World War. In this form, Naruto gains the use of chakra orbs and even the ability to levitate.
As a numbered promo, the #NRSA-PR-004 was produced with a limited print run of only 99 copies, making it a rare chase item even by Kayou promo standards. Individual copies are stamped with their place in that run (for example, copies numbered 67/99 have surfaced among collectors), and the card has attracted attention from graders — PSA-graded examples of the card have reached Gem Mint 10, with very low population counts reported by collectors and sellers. Because it was distributed as a box topper rather than a standard pack pull, unopened or well-preserved raw copies are relatively hard to find compared to base-set cards from the same series.
Within the broader Kayou Naruto ecosystem, promo cards like this one sit outside the normal box rarity structure (which runs from common tiers up through UR, SSR, SP, etc) and are prized specifically for their short print runs and exclusive artwork. Collectors treat serialized promos such as NRSA-PR-004 as grails for Series 2 "Jin Chapter" sets, and they tend to command a price premium on the secondary market relative to comparably illustrated non-serialized cards.
